Confirmation, acceptance and Execution of E-documents for franchise code :
By submitting my all details and KYC and accepting all the terms and conditions to tech, the franchise of MED-X brand medicine retail counter, i hereby declare myself as the willful franchise holder and I admit and acknowledge that the details given are all true to the best of my knowledge and personal belief and I further confirm that the amount made towards to the execution of brand contract agreement are non- refundable and i cant claim the same during the tenure of my contract period or even after the contract period being over.
I shall not raise any claim out of these franchise unless and otherwise specifically written in the agreement and shall always abide by the statute terms and conditions of the management of FXBS. I further say that there is no such outward pressure and ethically on my soulful will and consent. I have agreed and accepted and opted for the franchise of MED-X, henceforth digitally signed and executed upon my confirmatory submission.
